Pretty much my fitness regime consists of a healthy dose of Pepsi, and enough nicotine to choke off paper availability for the newspaper printed pages. Doing my part to kill off the remaining newsprints! Woo Hoo!

On a side note Pepsi and Marlboro still refuse to send me free product. So therefore all my syndicate checks are just signed over to them now!

Ice creams not bad if you just have it once every two weeks or so. I think it's healthier than a cookie or a piece of cake. I think frozen yogurt is a healthy option to ice cream. Or you could have a fruit smoothie for dessert.
