    and it’s a wonder why newspapers are losing readers….go figure.

    I will never understand why papers do this sort of thing. Sigh…

    Sadly it is to cut costs. Newspapers have a very negative view of comics. To them they are unnecessary expenses. So to keep their ever shrinking audience from flooding them with complaints, they usually can newer strips.
