Well, another good grade on the physical. Not that I was expecting the Doc to find anything. It’s just that I’ve always had clean physical and I’ve been thankful after everyone. I never take it for granted. And for that matter, even after a good check-up I remind myself of the things I still need to improve on. It’s certainly not a carte blanche to hit every buffet and drive-thru in town.
