Another Comic?

Indeed their is a new comic sucking in its first breath of inky life. Still a long ways away from officially launching though. For this one I’m going back to my life-long habit of doodling things that in most cultures would get you institutionalized. They may or may not make very little sense. The plan is to update the strip once a week. Mainly because of my already obese schedule and also because the art on these comics takes a might bit longer. So here’s a peek at one of the first strips. Still have to work out the small problem of ink washes getting lost in scanner translation (if anyone has tips on scanning painted art, they’d be greatly appreciated):

LOL at today’s comic, but I wanted to comment on Future Comic. That looks beautiful! (Unfortunately, the only tip I have on scanning painted art is “be sure it’s dry.”)

I love the panel with the date in it, that pose would make a great poster! And the art for the new comic looks amazing. The only way I have ever digitized art before was by taking slides of it and scanning the slides. A digital camera might work.

Yah, if I get a higher res digital camera, I’d like to try it that way.
