The New Sharpie Pen

Well I must say, this pen is a thing of beauty. Picked up a couple this morning and have put them through the ringer all day. This is now my new official workhorse pen.

    I’m with you on the new sharpie — As long as your not using anything thinner than say steno notebook (heh, I’m not admitting that I use steno notebooks for sketching…), it’s pretty sweet. However, I still can’t see myself completely abandoning the microns (08, 05). I’ll just swing back and forth depending on the job at hand, I suppose. I’ll be using both on my Lightly Seasoned strip that I just recently started on my blog.

    It was thanks to your review that I picked them up, thanks! Yah, this won’t replace my standby’s. I use the aluminum copic multiliners. I still use my microns for sketching but the copics are more durable and have more lightfast inks than the microns.

    The Sharpie pen is my everyday notes, writing and doodling pen.

    “aluminum copic multiliners?” whoa, I am out of the loop on that one…I’ll need to check those out! Guess i have to make another trip to the art supply store — Yay!

    They’re just awesome. Plus you can buy refills and new nibs. Beautiful pens especially if you like microns.
