Getting the Halloween strip together.
It's that time of year. Time to do the Halloween strip. This is my favorite strip to do each year. I like to do a weeks worth of lead strips before the Sunday Halloween comic. But this year the Halloween Sunday will come first. Now I'm off to start playing with some ideas.

Does sophie have fantasies of dressing up as a werewolf? Cujo? Hell hounds? Anubis? a pit bull? Bet mom makes her wear a bee costume. Just say no!!!!!

P.S. public service annoucement to those of you with dogs. Really be aware of where they are on halloween night. Too easy to slip out of a lose gate or a front door. Lots of temptation/ scary noise to investigate. My husband and I rescued 2 loose dogs last year the morning after. One, we got back to their owner, the other (a black lab mix) was on the streets for awhile, we kept her for two months (called her Pumpkin) and finally found a good forever home for her.

No costumes for Sophie. We got one but just for a picture. But I think if she had a choice it would be Batgirl.
Could call on keeping an eye on the pups. Lot’s to investigate on Halloween night.

Batgirl eh? I don’t know…… I think Anubis would make a nice surprise from daddy when mom pulls out the bee costume LOL!

My neighbour dresses his dog as a cat.

That could be a good thing, depending on how much the dog likes chasing cats.

I have a wolf husky cross but when you do her up right it looks like she ate someone, All three of my dogs get put into the dog run with fake bones buried in the dirt and a lil bit of red colored corn syrup on the tarps that act as a roof, we put on a bloddy show for halloween.

That’ll help save on the candy you give out.
