Very excited! Sophie will be appearing in one of my favorite comic strips, Imagine This. If you haven't started reading it yet, now's the perfect time.

you must have left the back door open cause sophie’s in a back alley behind the goodwill.
(and i think shes fixing to something very unpleasant to a cardboard box that has one very grouchy stuffed bear in it.)
P.S. A great line from Jamels Lileks on his Bleat a few weeks ago. He has had to put his dog Jasper on a reduced fat diet. The first time he served the new dog food to Jasper, Jasper looked at it, looked at him, looked at the food, looked at him. Lileks pondered “You know why dogs, don’t talk? They don’t have to.”

Yah, one more panel and that box would be ruined.
Seriously though, how good does Lucas draw Sophie? I’m picking up some tips from his version. Then I’ll kill him.

I think she’s just looking (so far).
She looks good, but she’s been a naughty girl today, sneaking out without Mom or Dad. This could lead to an epic Indy-type story line!

That’s a very good idea. There are some other cross-over events coming with all the Tall Tale Features strips.

Hopefully if Sophie wanders out, she’ll be found and returned quickly because she has tags, a license and is microchipped, right?…. Right?
