My syndicate is refreshing the DeD promo kit and asked me to pick out four of my favorite Sundays. I thought I’d ask the best critics…you, the reader. So, just leave a comment on which ones you like. Much appreciated!

Well, I have several favorites, but I tried to look at this with an editors eye. While I’m partial to the Sophie only ones, I figured Doug should get some representation. I also leaned towards ones that really showcased what I feel the artistic and comic styles of the strip. Here are my top 4…

My all-time favorite Sunday strip is 6-11-06, CheeseQuest.

Thanks. I loved doing that one. Actually, now that I think of it, I’ve done a few explorer Indiana Jones themed strips. It’s also possibly a theme for one of the next children’s books.

A friend started clipping Dog Eat Doug for us after we had our baby this fall, and we find ourselves cracking up regularly as the strips reflect our household situation. I’ve been slowly working my way back through the archive and so I have a list quite handy!
12/23/2007 – We got everything we wanted for Christmas
01/13/2008 – You’re ready for college (hanging in my office)
11/04/2007 – Annoying habits (this is what our dog thinks of our baby)
09/23/2007 – How do you get it all done?
Haven’t made it back much farther than Sept. 07, so that’s the list for now. Thanks for such a great strip!

Congratulation! And thanks for the suggestions. The first collection will be out this fall, which ironically goes through august of ’07 I believe.
