Today’s Comics
On the first day of 2008 I spilled coke on my laptop. Fortunately all my files are on my desktop backed up by an external hard drive and Carbonite online. Just a matter of replacing some hardware. That's my quota of bad luck for '08 right?

That’s why I like PCs. When you still something, it’s usually just the keyboard that’s soaked. Which can be dismantled and washed…
…Yes I too once spilled a drink. There’s very little circuitry in a keyboard.

Good point. Fortunately I got it working this morning. If it ever happens to your laptop, make sure you unplug it and remove the battery right away. Then let it sit for a long time till it dries out.

Speaking of spilling on computers, I spilled an orange juice on my keyboard once. As time went by, it got sticky and everytime I push the space bar, it gets stuck due to the stickiness.
