LOVE Alton Brown!
Two of my most favorite recipes (and my favorite cooking book) came from him. I’m sure there would be more than TWO favorites recipes, if I would get off my a$$ and actually make more of them instead of just reading them!

TrooperThorn and BeBop are big fans of Mr. Brown’s, too! When I was practicing making “the perfect omlet”, they got all the regects stuffed into their kongs. I think it’s the only hot food they have ever eaten, so I make it for then occasionaly on cold days.
