‘Round here, you can tell how the strays have climbed up the rear window of the car, padded around the roof a bit, and attempted to exit gracefully by tiptoeing down the windshield. Note usage of the word “attempted.”
(Speaking of usage, the joke is visual and works either way, but I think you meant “fresh SNOW.”

I wanna see pictures! I’ll never get to see that around here, an inch of snow is practically a blizzard in these parts.

I love this one because it’s so true!
My dog likes to tunnel under the snow. She also makes a whole set of mazes in the back yard, which is quite amusing. As she’s so tiny, she can tunnel when snow’s just 1 foot deep
