Now this one's right from real life. Sophie's Law of the Universe #156: If Sophie and a Bunny occupy the yard at the exact same time, Sophie will not see the bunny. However, if the bunny is not present, Sophie will spend 3 hours retracing said Bunny's path.

Roo does the same thing only with the chipmunks that run rampant in our backyard! Too cute!

Yup. The original August strips that went to press still have the old font. These were kind of a test batch.

Understandable for a lab, but my beagle sat next to a bush once for 5 minutes that had a bunny in it and she never even noticed! Beagles are bred to hunt rabbits! LOL

My beagle Jake will chase a bunny into the bushes the lose it. I’ll see the bunny run out the other side and beagle boy won’t get the scent for another five minutes when the bunny is long gone. I think this is why they hunt in packs! Also, Jake hates the ‘towel monster’ shown in a later strip. Great comic!!!
