I just came across this blog via blog explosion..I wanted to let you know that there is a way to post youtube videos on wordpress.
I found this on the wordpress support forums and when I tried it, it worked

I fix this problem in WP 2.0.2:

1.- In admin panel, deactivate “Use the visual rich editor when writing” in “User” – “your profile”..

2.- Deactivate “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically ” in “options” – “writing”.

Ready.. you can use “Embeddable Player” from youtube:
